R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Joined by family and friends, Gonzalo and Julia 
Osorio of Harlingen marked their 51st wedding anniversary with a 
special celebration in El Paso on April 17, 2003; and
	WHEREAS, Their life together has been blessed with a large 
and caring family, which includes their children Juan Gonzalo, 
Francisco, Thomas Joseph, Jaime Martin Osorio, and Maria Coke; in 
addition, they have proudly watched their extended family grow to 
include 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Osorio are valued members of the 
Harlingen community who have shared an enduring union filled with 
many happy times and cherished family memories, and their strong 
bond of love is an inspiration to all who know them; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Gonzalo and 
Julia Osorio on the joyous occasion of their 51st wedding 
anniversary and extend to them best wishes for continued happiness; 
and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Osorio as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
