R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is pleased to 
congratulate Stacy Kristine Heilman and Joseph Todd Glazer on their 
recent engagement; and
	WHEREAS, The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John David Heilman, the 
bride-to-be is a graduate of Monsignor Kelly High School in 
Beaumont and Louisiana State University who now works as a medical 
sales representative with Mead Johnson Nutritionals; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Glazer is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jarrold Alan 
Glazer; he graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Houston and 
attended The University of Texas at Austin and is currently 
employed as an account manager with Keais Record Service; and
	WHEREAS, The couple will exchange their wedding vows on 
February 7, 2004, at St. Anne Catholic Church in Houston, bringing 
family and friends together to witness an important turning point 
in their lives; this blessed event will mark a profound deepening of 
a relationship that has grown in love, respect, and mutual regard 
with each passing day, and it is indeed appropriate that this 
fortunate couple be given heartfelt support and encouragement at 
this time; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Stacy 
Kristine Heilman and Joseph Todd Glazer on their engagement and 
forthcoming marriage; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Heilman and Mr. Glazer as an expression of best 
wishes by the Texas House of Representatives.
