R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, A 30th wedding anniversary is truly cause for 
celebration, and on September 1, 2003, Duanne and Patsy Harvey of 
Canton marked this significant event in their lives; and
	WHEREAS, The couple were joined in marriage on September 1, 
1973, in a ceremony held in Garland; through the years, their close 
and enduring relationship has served as an inspiration to their 
wide circle of loved ones and has been the source of much happiness 
and contentment for these two committed individuals; and
	WHEREAS, The heart of a close-knit family, Mr. and Mrs. 
Harvey have been blessed with two daughters and one son-in-law; 
they also take great pride in their new grandson; and
	WHEREAS, Together, this devoted couple have nurtured a strong 
bond of love and filled each other's lives with great joy, and it is 
a privilege to join in honoring them at this time; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Duanne and 
Patsy Harvey on the joyous occasion of their 30th wedding 
anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for continued 
happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Harvey as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
