R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Relatively few golfers realize the dream of hitting 
a hole in one, but when they do the memory lasts a lifetime, and  the 
Honorable Charlie Howard recently joined the ranks of this elite 
group of golfers; and
	WHEREAS, Representative Howard made his ace during a recent 
round of golf at Barton Creek Country Club; this rare and remarkable 
achievement was undoubtedly a highlight of his year, and he will 
surely remember this event for years to come; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby recognize the Honorable 
Charlie Howard for making a hole in one; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Representative Howard as an expression of high regard 
by the Texas House of Representatives.
