SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 11

	WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and 
promise, Zachary A. Kloss of Spring, Texas, advanced through the 
ranks of Tenderfoot, Second, First, Star, and Life classes before 
recently attaining the rank of Eagle Scout; and

	WHEREAS, In receiving the coveted Eagle Badge, this 
fine young man has become one of the select few to achieve this 
distinguished honor; and

	WHEREAS, By conducting a food service project for those 
in need, Zachary exercised his leadership abilities, completed 
the requirements for becoming an Eagle Scout, and benefited his 
community; and

	WHEREAS, This personable young man has brought great honor 
to himself, his family, and his troop in joining the elite corps 
of Eagle Scouts; and

	WHEREAS, Zachary is truly a shining example to his troop 
and to the young people of Texas; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 
78th Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby commend 
Zachary A. Kloss on earning the rank of Eagle Scout and 
congratulate him on his outstanding achievement; and, be it 
further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared 
for Eagle Scout Kloss as an expression of high regard from the 
Texas Senate.
