SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 73

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Tyrone Latchley as an esteemed citizen of our state; 
and

	WHEREAS, Born June 9, 1970, Tyrone is the son of Edna and 
Louis Guillory; on September 7, 1996, he married Angelene Martin; 
and

	WHEREAS, He was baptized in August of 1999 by his pastor at 
Trinity Fellowship Church, where he serves as an arm bearer; he 
has worked with the Houston Boys Club, and he is an assistant 
teacher at Austin College; and

	WHEREAS, An exemplary gentleman, Tyrone Latchley is beloved
by his family and friends and is respected for his accomplishments
and his leadership in his community; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 
78th Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to 
Tyrone Latchley and extend to him best wishes for the future; 
and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
