	Sec. 42.317.  ADJUSTMENT OF ALLOTMENTS.  The commissioner 
shall adjust allotments under Subchapters B and C and the 
guaranteed level of state and local funds under Section 42.252 to 
reflect the net revenue from the video lottery system under Section 
47, Article III, Texas Constitution.
