Amend the Grusendorf amendment to CSHB 1 by striking page 1, 
line 2, through page 5, line 16, and substituting the following:

	(1)  Strike page 1, line 10, through page 39, line 4.                        
	(2)  Strike page 44, line 23, through page 58, line 27.                        
	(3)  Strike page 59, line 25, through page 69, line 17.                        
	(4)  On page 70, strike lines 1-9.                                             
	(5)  Reletter and renumber the parts and sections of Article 1 
accordingly.
