System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSHJR 1 as follows:                                                    
	(1) Strike SECTION 1 (page 1, line 13, through page 5, line 
11) and renumber the remaining SECTIONS of the resolution 
accordingly.
	(2) On page 6, line 15, strike "$1.05" and substitute 
"$1.20". 
	(3) On page 11, line 26, between "enrichment,"  and 
"authorizing", insert "and".
	(4) On page 12, lines 2-4, strike ", and authorizing the state 
to operate video lottery games at racetracks and on Indian lands".
