System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSHJR 1 as follows:                                                    

(1)  Strike SECTION 1 (page 1, line 13, through page 5, line 	11) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the resolution accordingly.
	(2)  On page 11, line 26, between "enrichment," and 
"authorizing" insert "and".
	(3)  On page 12, lines 2-4, strike ", and authorizing the 
state to operate video lottery games at racetracks and on Indian 
lands".
