	Amend CSHJR 1 as follows:                                                    
		(1)  Insert the following on page 2, immediately 
following line 27:         
			(B)  a person licensed in this state on May 1, 
2004, to conduct wagering on a horse race at a county or non-profit 
fair;
		(2)  On page 3, line 1, strike "(B)" and substitute 
"(C)".    
		(3)  On page 3, line 9, strike "(C)" and substitute 
"(D)".
