	Amend CSHJR 1 in new Section 47 (f)(4)(A), Art. III, Texas 
Constitution, on p. 2, line 27, by inserting the following after 
"greyhound race":
	", or a person issued a license to conduct wagering at a horse 
racetrack pursuant to a license application pending before the 
Texas Racing Commission on May 1, 2004".
