	BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State of 
Texas, Fourth Called Session, that House Rule 5 Chapter E. Voting, 
be amended to read as follows:  ALL votes on substitute bills, 
amendments, motions to table, motions to adopt conference committee 
reports, motions to adopt adoption of Senate amendments to house 
bills be by recorded vote.
