R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Rolando Segura has been promoted to the position of 
department manager at Weslaco's Mid-Valley Town Crier; and
	WHEREAS, A valued employee of the publication for more than 
two decades, this notable Texan will now coordinate the press 
department and outside print jobs as the new press/commercial print 
manager; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Segura has established himself as a staff member 
of distinction and set a standard of professionalism and integrity 
to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby congratulate Rolando 
Segura on his promotion to the position of department manager with 
the Mid-Valley Town Crier and extend to him sincere best wishes for 
continued success and happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Segura as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
