H.R. No. 192



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Kyleen Dobbs has been selected Teacher of the Year 
by the Capital Area Council for the Social Studies, and for 
attaining this auspicious honor, she truly merits special 
recognition; and
	WHEREAS, A government teacher at Pflugerville High School, 
Ms. Dobbs is among individuals being considered for the title of 
State Social Studies Teacher of the Year, an award sponsored by the 
Texas Council for the Social Studies, to be announced in the coming 
fall; and
	WHEREAS, This outstanding educator has made a positive 
difference in the lives of countless Texas schoolchildren through 
her exemplary dedication, and it is a privilege to pay tribute to 
her at this time; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 4th Called Session, heartily congratulate Kyleen 
Dobbs for being named the Capital Area Council for the Social 
Studies Teacher of the Year and extend to her sincere best wishes 
for continued success and happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Dobbs as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
