R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The family and friends of Taylor Carolyn Mosley of
West suffered an immeasurable loss with the untimely death of this
beloved young lady on April 26, 2004, at the age of 16; and
WHEREAS, Born on January 10, 1988, in West to David Mosley and
Deborah Vardiman of Waco, Miss Mosley was a senior at Lakeview
Academy and a member of Austin Avenue Methodist Church; and
WHEREAS, An accomplished violinist, Miss Mosley played with
the Central Texas String Academy and studied with Nancy Barcus for
nine years; and
WHEREAS, Although this lovely and talented young lady will be
sorely missed, her spirit will long live on in the hearts of all
those who were fortunate to have known her; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas
Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby honor the memory of Taylor
Carolyn Mosley and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her
family: to her parents, Deborah Vardiman and David Mosley; to her
sister, Rebecca Clarice Mosley; to her grandparents, Boyce and Jane
Vardiman; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it
further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the members of her family and that when the Texas House
of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Taylor
Carolyn Mosley.
