H.R. No. 239



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, December 9, 2003, was indeed a special day for 
Kimberley and Christopher Buzard, for it was on that date that they 
became the proud parents of a handsome son, Lathen Christopher 
Buzard; and
	WHEREAS, Born at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond, 
the young Mr. Buzard weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 
20.5 inches in length; and
	WHEREAS, Lathen is the grandson of James and Patricia 
Willoughby of Rosenberg and Mary Ann Buzard of Ellwood City, 
Pennsylvania; these proud grandparents will join his big brother, 
3-year-old Landre, and many other relatives and friends of Kim and 
Chris in welcoming this irresistible little boy into their family; 
and
	WHEREAS, Blessed with personality and charm, this fine young 
Texan has indeed brightened the lives of everyone around him, and he 
is a tremendous source of joy and delight to his family and many new 
admirers; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby officially welcome Lathen 
Christopher Buzard as a new citizen of Texas and extend heartfelt 
congratulations to Kimberley and Christopher Buzard on the birth of 
their beloved son; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Buzard family as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
