                                                                  H.R. No. 323



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Christopher Alvie Fuller of Pittsburg, Texas, has 
earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, and this noteworthy 
accomplishment is most deserving of special praise; and
	WHEREAS, In the course of completing the rank's demanding 
requirements, Mr. Fuller has displayed superb judgment, 
initiative, and commitment, traits that will greatly benefit him as 
he faces the myriad challenges of the future; and
	WHEREAS, A valued and respected member of Troop 451 and an 
Order of the Arrow inductee, Eagle Scout Fuller has followed and 
applied the scouting tenets well, earned an array of merit badges, 
and successfully completed his Eagle Scout project, which involved 
re-marking the Camp County Courthouse parking lot; and
	WHEREAS, Grandson of Alvie and Annie Fuller and brother of 
Eagle Scout B. J. Fuller, Mr. Fuller is a member of the Pittsburg 
Church of Christ and Northeast Texas Community College's Upward 
Bound Program, and he is actively involved with the Camp County 4-H 
club, where he regularly participates in a variety of activities 
and has served as recreation leader; and
	WHEREAS, On May 22, 2004, Mr. Fuller's family and peers are 
attending an Eagle Court of Honor, held at the Emmanuel Baptist 
Church, to commemorate his outstanding accomplishment; as this 
admirable young man embraces a future bright with promise, it is 
indeed appropriate to pay tribute to him; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby congratulate Christopher 
Alvie Fuller on his receipt of the Eagle Scout insignia and extend 
to him sincere best wishes for good fortune and happiness in all his 
future endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Fuller as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
