SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 147

	WHEREAS, April 22, 2004, will be a day long cherished and 
remembered by Jonathan Starr and Julie Rosenbaum Starr, for on 
that day their son Jacob Aaron Starr was born; and

	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy arrived at 12:50 p.m.; he 
weighed eight pounds one ounce and was 20 inches long; and

	WHEREAS, Jacob Starr's safe arrival fulfilled his parents' 
dearest wish, and they are joyful over the birth of their new son; 
and

	WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great pride and 
happiness to Jacob's family, and it is indeed appropriate that 
the Texas Senate welcome this new little Texan as a treasured 
citizen of the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
78th Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby extend congratulations
to Jonathan Starr and Julie Rosenbaum Starr and best wishes for 
the future to Jacob Aaron Starr; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as a memento of this special day.
