No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit the commissioner of education from establishing adequacy standards for school facilities regarding space requirements for any new facilities constructed on or after the effective date of the bill.

Local Government Impact

The bill has no significant fiscal effect on school districts.
