Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	1. On page II-54 of the Health and Human Services Commission 
bill pattern, amend the first sentence of Rider 46, Cancer 
Prevention, by inserting "the inclusion of the Texas Cancer Council 
in the" between "upon" and "passage".
	2. On page II-54 of the Health and Human Services Commission 
bill pattern, amend the last sentence of Rider 46, Cancer 
Prevention, by striking "local and community clinics" and inserting 
"programs".
