Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page I-79, Office of State-Federal Relations, by 
reducing the general revenue appropriation of Goal A:  Influence 
Federal Action by $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $180,000 in 
Fiscal Year 2005.
	(2)  On page II-56, increase funding for Strategy A.1.3.  
Community Care-State by $360,000 for Community Care for Elderly &
Disabled (Frail and Elderly Program).
