Amend CSHB 1, on page I-53, Historical Commission, Strategy 
A.1.5.  Courthouse Preservation, by reducing the general revenue 
appropriation in Fiscal Year 2004 by $13,300,000 and on page II-58 
by increasing the general revenue appropriation for:
	1)  B.1.1.  TANF Grant by $4,475,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and 
$4,475,000 in Fiscal Year 2005, to restore the TANF benefit to 17% 
of the federal poverty level, and
	2)  B.1.1.  TANF Grant by $2,175,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and 
$2,175,000 in the Fiscal Year 2005, to fully restore the TANF assets 
limit and vehicle exemption.
