Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	1.)  On page VI-42, Soil and Water Conservation Board, 
A.1.2., Strategy (Brush Control Assistance), reduce the amount of 
the appropriation by $6,460,424 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $38,564 in 
Fiscal Year 2005.
	2.  On page II-71, Department of Mental Health and Mental 
Retardation, B.1.1. Strategy (MH State Hospital Services) increase 
the amount of appropriation by $6,498,988 for the biennium to 
maintain the current number of state mental health hospitals.
