	1.  On page I-3 of the bill pattern for the Commission on the 
Arts, reduce Strategy B.1.1 Distribute Direct Grants by $1,847,696 
in General Revenue for fiscal year 2004 and $1,872,904 in General 
Revenue for fiscal year 2005.
	2.  On page II-73 of the bill pattern for the Department of 
Mental Health and Mental Retardation, increase Strategy D.1.1 MR 
State School Services by $1,847,696 in General Revenue for fiscal 
year 2004 and $1,872,904 in General Revenue for fiscal year 2005.
