Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page VI-26, Trusteed Programs within the General Land 
Office, Strategy B.1.1.  Purchase of Land for PSF, by reducing the 
appropriation by $37,500,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $37,500,000 in 
Fiscal Year 2005.
	(2)  On page II-94, increase funding for Strategy A.1.2 Child 
and Family Services by $37.5 million for Child Protective Case 
Workers (Foster Care).
