Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1) On page I-49, Office of the Governor, by striking Section 
5, Unexpended Balances Between Biennia, and by renumbering the 
remaining sections accordingly.
	(2) On page II-94, increase funding for Strategy A.1.2. Child 
and Family Services by $850,000 for Child Protective Case Workers 
(Foster Care).
