	Health Care Program.  Out of funds appropriated to the 
Department of Health, in Strategy D.2.1, Community Health Services, 
$200,000 in fiscal year 2004 and $118,000 in fiscal year 2005 are 
allocated to fund a health care program in low income metropolitan 
areas with a significant percentage of senior citizens.
