Amend CSHB 1 in Article II, on page II-35, Rider 58 following 
the appropriation to the Texas Department of Health, by striking 
the sentence, "Each year of the biennium $2.5 million shall be 
granted to the lending corpus of the Community Development 
Financial Institution Account, and account within the general 
revenue fund to exclusively finance FQHCs and institutions seeking 
to become FQHCs."  and substituting the sentence, "Each year of the 
biennium $2.5 million shall be granted to the lending corpus of a 
Community Development Financial Institution which exclusively 
finances FQHCs and institutions seeking to become FQHCs.".
