Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	In Article II, Department of Health, add the appropriately 
numbered rider:   
	_____. Children with Special Health Care Needs Wraparound 
Services Allocation. The Department of Health shall calculate and 
reserve from transfer pursuant to Rider 5 the amount of General 
Revenue and Federal Funds needed to provide services to children 
who are enrolled in the Children's Health Insurance Program and who 
also are eligible through the Children with Special Health Care 
Needs Program to receive additional wraparound services not 
provided in the CHIP benefits package.
