Amend Amendment No. 150 by Wohlgemuth to CSHB 1 (page 169, 
amendment packet) by striking the existing text of the amendment 
and substituting the following:
	In Article IX of the bill, add the following appropriately 
numbered subdivision to Section 11.29:
	(__) Texas Department of Health for the purpose of regulating 
emergency services providers and emergency services personnel, 
contingent on HB 1930 or similar legislation being enacted by the 
78th Legislature, Regular Session, and becoming law: all additional 
revenues deposited to the credit of the Bureau of Emergency 
Management Account No. 512 (dedicated general revenue account) that 
are generated as a result of the legislation;
