Amend Amendment No. 153 found on page 173 of the packet to 
CSHB 1 as follows:
	On page II-54, strike existing rider #47. and substitute the 
following:
	Medicaid Waiver for Women's Health. Contingent upon the 
passage of HB 2606 or similar legislation, the Health and Human 
Services Commission shall maximize federal funding for women's 
health care services by applying for an 1115 Medicaid waiver for 
women's health and family planning services.  Any waiver request 
must be designed to generate a savings in general revenue during 
this biennium.
