Amend Amendment No. 156 on page 178 of the packet to CSHB 1 as 
follows:    
	Amend Article II, Health and Human Services Commission, by 
adding the following rider:
	_____.  Contingent upon the passage of HB 2292, or similar 
legislation, from the funds appropriated above, the Commission may 
[use up to $1.125 million General Revenue (estimated to be total 
funds of $4.5 million) for the implementation of] implement a '
front-end' Medicaid fraud program.
