Amend Amendment No. 11 by Heflin to CSHB 1 (page 9 amendment 
packet) as follows:
	(1)  In Subsection (a) of the Article IX rider, strike "$524 
million" and substitute "250 million".
	(2)  Strike Subsection (b) of the Article IX rider and 
substitute the following:
	The comptroller is directed to increase by a total of $250 
million the appropriations made from the general revenue fund under 
this Act to the Health and Human Services Commission for the 
Children's Health Insurance Program.
