Amend Amendment No. 160 to CSHB 1 found on page 180 of the 
packet by making the following corrections:
	In Article II, add the following appropriately rider under 
the appropriations to the Health and Human Services Commission:
	_____.  No requirements for prior authorizations or other 
restrictions on medication used to treat mental illnesses such as 
schizophrenia, depression or bipolar disorder may be imposed on 
Medicaid recipients.  [Meditations]  Medications that will be 
available shall include atypical anti-psychotic medications, 
conventional anti-psychotic medications and other medications used 
for the treatment of mental illnesses.
