Amend CSHB 1 in Article II, Health and Human Services 
Commission, by adding appropriately numbered rider to read as 
follows:
	Inpatient Hospital Reimbursement to Children's Hospitals.  Out 
of funds appropriated above, the Commission shall provide that 
reimbursement for inpatient hospital services provided at a 
children's hospital in Texas through the Medicaid acute care 
program shall not be less than the payment amount established under 
the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) cost 
reimbursement methodology for the hospital.
