Amend the Heflin amendment on Page 9 Sec. _____ Medicaid 
Appropriations Adjustment by adding:
	(c)  Transfer to Health and Human Services Commission.  In the 
event the caseload projections for Medicaid exceed the projections 
included in the act, the Texas Education Agency shall transfer to 
the Health and Human Services Commission an amount not to exceed the 
amount reduced from the Committee Substitute for HB 1, as amended by 
the House of Representatives, Regular Session, 78th Legislature.
