Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	In Article II, add the following language to the 
appropriately numbered rider under the appropriations to the 
Department of Human Services (page II-70):
	_____ Health, Abstinence and Marital Development Program. 
Contingent upon passage of legislation that implements health, 
abstinence, and marital development programs for TANF recipients, 
it is the intent of the legislature that such programs would include 
components related to family violence and resources for family 
violence victims.
