Amend Amendment No. 175 by Davis to CSHB 1 (page 186, 
amendment packet) by striking the existing text of the amendment 
and substituting the following:
	Amend CSHB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
rider following the Article II appropriations to the Health and 
Human Services Commission:
	_____. VENDOR DRUG PROGRAM: PRESCRIPTION DRUG LIMIT.  The 
Health and Human Services Commission may not use any money 
appropriated to the commission by this Act to reduce the number of 
prescriptions allowed under the Medicaid vendor drug program to a 
recipient of medical assistance under Chapter 32, Human Resources 
Code, below the number allowed on April 15, 2003.
