appropriately numbered rider:
	_____.  Contingency Appropriation for Community Care-State.  
Contingent upon enactment of HB 578, or similar legislation 
generating revenue estimated to be at least $300 million or more, 
restore community service care for the disabled, elderly, and frail 
care.
