Amend Amendment No. 179 by Y. Davis to CSHB 1 (page 201, 
amendment packet) by striking the existing text of the amendment 
and substituting the following:
	In Article IX of the bill, add the following appropriately 
numbered subdivision to Section 11.29:
	(___)  Department of Human Services for the purpose of 
providing community service care for the disabled, frail, and 
elderly, contingent on HB 578 or similar legislation being enacted 
by the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, and becoming law:  
additional revenues that are generated as a result of the 
legislation in an amount not to exceed $300,000,000;
