Amend Amendment No. 181 by Rodriguez to CSHB 1 (page 202, 
amendment packet) as follows:
	(1)  In Item (1) of the amendment, in the proposed rider 
following the appropriations to the Texas Department of Human 
Services, between "program" and the period, insert "by a person or 
entity with whom the department contracts until the office of the 
attorney general completes an audit of the background and 
performance of the person or entity and the legality of the process 
used to award the contract".
	(2)  Strike Items (2) and (3) of the amendment.
