Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	Amend Article II (page II-90) by including the following 
sentence at the end of the first paragraph of Rider 50:
	If a State School is closed, the Department must offer a 
current resident of that State School the option to remain within 
the State School system and must honor the choice of the individual, 
or the individual's legally authorized representative, to remain 
within the State School system, if that individual so chooses.
