Amend CSHB 1 in Article II of the bill following the 
appropriation to the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental 
Retardation by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:
	____.  Feasibility Study for Expansion of Rio Grande State 
Center.  The Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental 
Retardation, in cooperation with the Texas Department of Health, 
shall study the feasibility of using any available facilities of 
the South Texas Hospital for the expansion of residential 
facilities of the Rio Grande State Center.
