Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	On page II-93, add the following new rider:                                    
	_____.  Expenditures on Bond Homes.  It is the intent of the 
Legislature that expenditures made for the provision of client 
services in bond homes operated by the Department of Mental Health 
and Mental Retardation shall not exceed the approved reimbursement 
rates.
