Amend Amendment No. 192 to CSHB 1 by Wohlgemuth (amendment 
package page 225) by inserting the following sentence after 
"approved reimbursement rates.":  "The Legislature also intends 
that those reimbursement rates be based on the level of need and be 
calculated in the same manner as the reimbursement rates for 
private sector service providers who provide those client services 
under a contract with the department."
