	1)  On page X-2, House of Representatives, strike Rider #3, 
Unexpended Balances.
	2)  On page X-4, Legislative Council, Rider #2, after the 
words "Unexpended Balances", strike the first paragraph beginning 
with the words "Any unexpended balances as of August 31, 2003" and 
ending with the words "appropriation to the Council."
	3)  On page II-94, Department of Protective and Regulatory 
Services, A.1.7.  Strategy (At Risk Prevention Services) increase 
the General Revenue Appropriations by $3,899,209 for Fiscal Year 
2004 and $3,899,209 for Fiscal Year 2005.
