Amend Amendment No. 230 by Gallego to CSHB 1 (page 272, 
amendment packet) as follows:
	(1)  on page 1, lines 2 and 3, strike "Section 69" and 
substitute "Sections 69 and 70".
	(2)  at the end of the amendment, add:                                         
	Sec. 70.  Funds may not be appropriated under this Act to a 
school district that does not require students in kindergarten 
through sixth grade to attend physical education classes or 
equivalent activities each day.
