Amend CSHB 1 in Article III by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider after the appropriations to the Texas 
Education Agency:
	____.  Reduction In Funding Of Career And Technology 
Programs.  To the extent the commissioner is required to reduce 
funding appropriated under Strategy A.1.1, FSP - Equalized 
Operations for career and technology education programs, the 
commissioner shall reduce funding for each career and technology 
program by the same percentage as the reduction for any other career 
and technology program.
