Amend CSHB 1, by adding the following section in Article III:                
	"Sec. _____. Transfer to Health and Human Services 
Commission.  In the event the caseload projections for Medicaid 
exceed the projections included in this act, the Texas Education 
Agency shall transfer to Health and Human Services Commission an 
amount not to exceed the amount reduced from CSHB 1, as amended by 
the House of Representatives, Regular Session, 78th Legislature.
